This Anderson lower is marked "Multi-Cal" which means you may build any caliber; .22LR, 9mm, .45 ACP, 5.56, .223, 5.45, 7.62x39, .300 BLK. The magazine well is the same size as .223/5.56, any round that can fit in to the magazine well you may use for a Multi-Cal lower.
